What services are offered?
We offer quality alterations and custom garment design service. Alteration products arrange from your t-shirt and jeans, to formal and bridal, to blankets and comforters, men’s and women’s we do it all. For the price detail, please visit the Alteration Service page. Custom garment arranges from casual wear, evening wear, to bridal and special occasion. For the price detail, please visit the Custom garment page. However, we only custom design women’s wear. Sorry, no men’s shirts and suits.
What is your delivery area?
Custom garment AZ offers alterations fitting, custom garment design service, pick up and delivery in Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and the Ahwatukee Foothills area. If you are have moved out of the area but still like to enjoy our service, give us a call, we can arrange something for you!
How often is delivery service offered in each area?
We offer appointment only service. 7 days a week including most holidays. Emergency booking and one-day turnaround available.
Do I need to be home for each pickup and delivery?
It is highly recommended, as you can explain the fit when we pick up and fit the final product when delivery.
How do I pay for the service?
We make it really easy with our tablet. You can swipe your card or type it in. And of course, there is the cash option. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.
Do you have a drop-off location?
Unfortunately, no. We are a home-based company for now to cut the overhead cost and to best serve you. Our office is located in Chandler, AZ but our service area includes Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and Ahwatukee as well.
